3. You agree to that SellMeLaptop.com will not be responsible for any data loss or exposure , therefor you fully responsible to remove any sensitive data and materials form you device before shipping it.
4. You certify that the information provided about your devices is accurate.
5. The quoted amount is based on the highest technical configuration of the respective device model.
6. We reserve the right to reconsider the offer if the condition of the device/s is worse than described.
7. You have the option to cancel the transaction at any time; however, you will be responsible for shipping expenses if you request a return.
8. You agree to dispatch your device/s to us within 14 days of receiving the offer. If shipping is delayed, the Quote may no longer be honored.
9. Proper and secure packaging of your device/s is the sellers responsibility.
10. SellMeLaptop.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of the device/s during transit.
