You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device(s) and are at least 18 years of age.
You certify that all information provided about your device(s) is complete and accurate.
You understand and agree that SellMeLaptop.com is not responsible for any data loss or exposure. You are solely responsible for removing all personal or sensitive data before shipping your device(s).
The initial quoted amount is based on the highest technical configuration of the submitted device model. SellMeLaptop.com reserves the right to adjust the offer if the actual condition or specifications differ from the description.
After inspection, you must accept or decline the final offer within 45 days. SellMeLaptop.com will send follow-up reminders during this period. If no response is received within 45 days, the device will be recycled as unclaimed, and you will be deemed to have accepted the final offer.
If the item does not match the description and you decline the adjusted offer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to cancel the transaction for any reason after shipment, you are also responsible for return shipping costs.
You agree to ship your device(s) within 30 days of receiving the quote. If shipment is delayed, the quote may no longer be honored.
Proper and secure packaging of your device(s) is your responsibility. SellMeLaptop.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
Payment Policy: Payment will only be issued after SellMeLaptop.com has received and inspected the device(s). Standard inspection time is up to 48 business hours from the time of delivery. For bulk orders or during periods of high order volume, inspection may take up to 72 business hours. Payment will only be processed once the customer has accepted the final offer. Available payment methods include Сompany Сheck, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.
Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from transactions with SellMeLaptop.com shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
